Easy Pumpkin Butter

- 1 29 ounce can pumpkin puree shopping list
- 1/2 cup applesauce shopping list
- 3/4 cup white sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (more to taste) shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (more to taste) shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients in a medium sauce pan
- Bring to a low boil and reduce heat to medium
- Cook 15-20 min or until it thickens
- When all the flavors meld and it thickens a bit
- it tends to be a little shiney
- when spread with back of a spoon in the pan.
- I pour into a QUART jar and let it cool, then place in fridge
