How to make it

  • Begin by adding butter to a pan over a medium flame.
  • Add leeks and garlic and cook approz. 10 min.
  • Now add the chicken broth and salt.
  • Lower flame for approx 15 min.
  • Now turn flame up to medium and add lettuce, cook approx 5 min.
  • Add in the tarragon and take off flame.
  • Using your blender, blend up the soup until creamy.
  • Now add this back to your pot over medium heat!
  • Add salt and pepper to your taste!
  • Enjoy!
