Boston Scrod

- 4 cod fillets shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- 1/3c butter,melted shopping list
- 1tsp dry mustard shopping list
- 3/4c dry breadcrumbs(I use panko) shopping list
- 1tsp onion salt shopping list
- dash of worcestershire sauce and tobasco shopping list
- 2Tbs lemon juice shopping list
How to make it
- Season fish withn salt and pepper. Brush with butter,broil 5 mins.
- Combine remaining butter with breadcrumbs,mustard,onion salt,worcestershir sauce,tobasco,lemon juice and parsley.
- Spoon mixture carefully on top of fish fillets,covering it completely. Press lightly tp pack crumbs in place. Broil 5 to 7 mins. more or till top lightly browned and fish flakes.

Perfect....
Growing up I thought scrod was a species of fish...LOL....Have since learned scrod is baby cod and schrod is baby haddock under 3 lbs....:)wynnebaer in Dunnellon loved it -
I don't care what it is, I love scrod and you have come up with a super recipe. You get my 5. I wish I could find some so I could have it for supper tonite.
