How to make it

  • Season fish withn salt and pepper. Brush with butter,broil 5 mins.
  • Combine remaining butter with breadcrumbs,mustard,onion salt,worcestershir sauce,tobasco,lemon juice and parsley.
  • Spoon mixture carefully on top of fish fillets,covering it completely. Press lightly tp pack crumbs in place. Broil 5 to 7 mins. more or till top lightly browned and fish flakes.

    Perfect....

    Growing up I thought scrod was a species of fish...LOL....Have since learned scrod is baby cod and schrod is baby haddock under 3 lbs....:)
