Ingredients
  • 1 package Little Smokies
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 pound package bacon

Directions
  1. Cut bacon slices into thirds
  2. Wrap around Little Smokes, securing with a toothpick
  3. Line a pan well with aluminum foil sprayed with Pam spray (they stick and splatter a little)
  4. Place them on a pan and sprinkle with brown sugar
  5. Bake in 350 degree oven until bacon is done (about up to an hour)

I had these for the first time last Christmas - absolutely addictive little buggers! My niece made them (she also drizzled some maple syrup over them)...these are great!!


1 cup of brown sugar is not enough to make these! Marinate them in the brown sugar night before in a gallon baggie. Make more than you expect, since these will be ate up quickly.


This looks like something my husband would LOVE


My husband too is a little smokies fan! We usually joke that I'm going to burn his dinner when I make them for him. The blacker they are they better he likes them. But...I'm thinking he would really enjoy this as well. Thanks!
