Ingredients

How to make it

  • Cut bacon slices into thirds
  • Wrap around Little Smokes, securing with a toothpick
  • Line a pan well with aluminum foil sprayed with Pam spray (they stick and splatter a little)
  • Place them on a pan and sprinkle with brown sugar
  • Bake in 350 degree oven until bacon is done (about up to an hour)

    My husband too is a little smokies fan! We usually joke that I'm going to burn his dinner when I make them for him. The blacker they are they better he likes them. But...I'm thinking he would really enjoy this as well. Thanks!

    1 cup of brown sugar is not enough to make these! Marinate them in the brown sugar night before in a gallon baggie. Make more than you expect, since these will be ate up quickly.
