Peaches and Cream Stuffed Waffles With Praline Sauce

These are not hard to make... just a couple of different steps... the recipe is from the The Cannonboro Inn this inn may no longer exist

Praline sauce
Heat in saucepan until all sugar is dissolved. Prepare basic waffle mix and add 2 teaspoons orange extract and 2 teaspoons orange rind. Pre-heat waffle iron. Spray with cooking spray and make waffles. To Assemble: Spread approximately 3 Tablespoons of filling over waffle. Spread a layer of peach slices over filling and fold waffle over. Top with praline sauce. Garnish with a dollop of sour cream, peach slices and a sprig of fresh mint.
