How to make it

  • Spray deep skillet with nonstick spray coating then preheat pan over high heat.
  • Cook chicken in hot skillet stirring 5 minutes then reduce heat.
  • Add tomatoes, chili sauce, pepper, celery, onion, garlic, basil, parsley, red pepper and salt.
  • Bring to boiling then reduce heat and simmer covered for 10 minutes.
  • Serve over hot cooked rice or whole wheat pasta.
