How to make it

  • Coat the salmon with three-quarters of the Charmoula marinade and place under a medium grill for 12 minutes or untill just done. Do not over cook.
  • At the same time steam the vegetables and boil the potatoes, drain when done.
  • Stir in the remaining Charmoula into the cougette and celery hearts and serve with the salmon and baby potatoes.

    I hate to come off so ignorant, but what is a courgette? And while I'm at it: Never heard of Charmoula either! God, have I been living under a rock?! Sounds good, whatever it is! LOL
