Salmon With Charmoula

- 4 salmon fillets skin on shopping list
- 16 baby new potatoes shopping list
- 2 courgettes sliced crossways shopping list
- 4 small celery hearts shopping list
- and for the Charmoula blend together shopping list
- 3 garlic cloves shopping list
- 3 teaspoons cumin seeds shopping list
- 1 teaspoon sea salt shopping list
- 2 teaspoons paprika shopping list
- juice of 1 lemon shopping list
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar shopping list
- 3 tablespoons good olive oil shopping list
- handfull of chopped corriander leaves shopping list
How to make it
- Coat the salmon with three-quarters of the Charmoula marinade and place under a medium grill for 12 minutes or untill just done. Do not over cook.
- At the same time steam the vegetables and boil the potatoes, drain when done.
- Stir in the remaining Charmoula into the cougette and celery hearts and serve with the salmon and baby potatoes.
