Spicy Southwestern Casserole

- 1 stick salted butter shopping list
- 2 pounds ground round shopping list
- 1 large white onion chopped shopping list
- 1 green bell pepper chopped shopping list
- 6 ounce can sliced mushrooms shopping list
- 3 teaspoons chili powder shopping list
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 1 can tomato soup shopping list
- 16 ounce can cream style corn shopping list
- 16 ounce can tomatoes with green chilies shopping list
- 12 ounce package egg noodles cooked and drained well shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 325 then melt butter in heavy skillet.
- Add meat, onion, pepper, mushrooms, chili powder, Worcestershire, salt and pepper.
- Cook until meat is brown then add soup, corn and tomatoes and simmer 30 minutes.
- Add cooked noodles and pour into large casserole and let cool 20 minutes then bake 1 hour.
