How to make it

  • PREATHEAT: Oven to 350,brown meat and drain. Add 1 cup Picante sauce and 1/2 the cheese,mix well.
  • SPREAD: thin coat of Picante sauce on bottom of 9x13 pan
  • DIVIDE: Meat into 6 portions and roll in shells
  • place rolled Enchiladas in pan and cover with the rest of the Picante sauce. Spread the rest of the cheese over top.
  • Bake: 20 minutes
  • let stand 5 minutes
