Ingredients
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 20 oz PACE Picante sauce
  • 2 to 3 cups shredded cheddar,divided
  • my taco seasoning {this can be found on my page or 1 pack taco seasoning of your choice
  • 6 large tortilla shells
  • 1 tbs. chili powder
  • 1/2 ts. cumin
  • 1/4 ts. garlic

Directions
  1. PREATHEAT: Oven to 350,brown meat and drain. Add 1 cup Picante sauce and 1/2 the cheese,mix well.
  2. SPREAD: thin coat of Picante sauce on bottom of 9x13 pan
  3. DIVIDE: Meat into 6 portions and roll in shells
  4. place rolled Enchiladas in pan and cover with the rest of the Picante sauce. Spread the rest of the cheese over top.
  5. Bake: 20 minutes
  6. let stand 5 minutes
