Ingredients
  • 1-1/2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs {about 36 wafers} crush in zip lock bag with rolling pin if you can't find in box on bake isle
  • 1/4 cup margarine or butter,melted
  • 3 { 8oz } packages cream cheese,softened
  • 1 { 14oz } can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk { NOT evaporated milk }
  • 1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate,thawed
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbs. cornstarch
  • the zest of 1-1/2 lg or 2 Sm oranges
  • 1 ts orange liqueur { all alcohol bakes out }

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 300
  2. Combine crumbs and margarina;press firmly on bottom of 9 inch springform pan.
  3. In large mixer bowel,beat cheese until smooth.{ best if at room temp. }
  4. Add juice concentrate,eggs,cornstarch and zest
  5. Pour into prepared pan. Place a pan of water on lower rack under cake pan.
  6. Bake 55-60 minutes or until set. { Take out if top is turning brown. Brown is bad.}
  7. Turn oven off and let sit 1 hour with door closed.
  8. Take out and let cool.
  9. Chill overnight in fridge.
