Romaine Salad with Tahini Dressing

A nice summer salad
Ingredients
- Dressing shopping list
- 1/4 cup tahini, well stirred shopping list
- 1/4 cup water shopping list
- 2 1/2 tbls. lemon juice shopping list
- 2 tbls. soy sauce shopping list
- 1 tbls. honey shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne shopping list
- Salad shopping list
- 1/2 lb. romaine lettuce, torn shopping list
- 6 radishes, thinly chopped shopping list
- 1/2 seedless cucumber, thinly sliced shopping list
- 4 scallions, thinly sliced shopping list
How to make it
- Dressing
- Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth
- Add more water, a little at a time if needed
- Salad
- Toss together all salad ingredients with enough dressing to coat
