Ingredients

1 cup vegetable oil

8 squares (one box) unsweetened chocolate

4 cups sugar

8 eggs

4 teaspoons vanilla

1 teaspoon salt

4 cups sifted all - purpose flour

4 teaspoons baking powder

powdered sugar

Directions

In a large bowl mix vegetable oil, unsweetend chocolate and sugar and blend in one egg at a time.Add vanilla, salt, flour and baking powder.Then chill for 1 to 2 hours or over night.

Drop teaspoons dough into powder sugar and roll them around and shape them into a ball.Chill over night.

Preheat oven to a 350 degree oven and bake for 8 tp 12 minutes.

Makes 120 cookies and may get more.

This Is How I Do These Cookies:

1.Melt the unsweetend chocolate with the vegetable oil.That way the chocolate won't stick to the pan.Pour it over the sugar and blend in one egg at a time.Add the rest of the ingredients.Then chill for 2 hours or over night.

2.When shapping the dough into balls and rolling them into the powder sugar and that I go ahead and bake them right off the bat.Stead of sitting over night with the powder sugar on them.
