Jens Baked Zucchini Recipe

Ingredients

1- 2 large zucchini's

1 jar of spaghetti sauce

1 lb ground meat

small onion

minced garlic (or powder) to taste

salt and pepper- to taste

shredded mozzerella

parmesean cheese (can) for topping

casserole dish 13x9

non stick cooking spray

Directions

Cut zucchini's in half (length wise)

scoop out seeds

brown meat, onion, garlic and spices-drain grease

scoop meat mixture into zucchini's

pour spaghetti sauce over zucchini's

top with cheese's

Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 45-60 depending on

your oven. Let rest for 5-10 minutes beore eating.

Note: Do not salt and pepper zucchini's before meat mixture,

they will get tough.
