Jens Baked Zucchini Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Cut zucchini's in half (length wise)
  • scoop out seeds
  • brown meat, onion, garlic and spices-drain grease
  • scoop meat mixture into zucchini's
  • pour spaghetti sauce over zucchini's
  • top with cheese's
  • Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 45-60 depending on
  • your oven. Let rest for 5-10 minutes beore eating.
  • Note: Do not salt and pepper zucchini's before meat mixture,
  • they will get tough.
  • Enjoy!!!

    I found your recipe at a perfect time - my wife and were just talking about what to do with the half dozen zukes left over from the garden so I will give it a whirl.
