Ginger Fruit Salad Dressing

A favored dressing drizzled over sliced melon and strawberries, on a bed of spinach. We like it topped with chopped cashews.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of crystallized ginger, diced shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon sugar shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt shopping list
- 3 Tablespoon of red wine vinegar shopping list
- 1 clove of garlic minced shopping list
- 1/3 cup of salad oil, mild (canola is fine) shopping list
- 1/2 cup of crushed pineapple drained shopping list
How to make it
- Pour ingredients in blender container.
- Blend at high speed.
- Keep in refrigerator in a covered jar.
