Croissant French Toast

- 3/4 cup milk shopping list
- 4 large eggs shopping list
- 2 tablespoons brandy shopping list
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract shopping list
- 1 tablespoon sugar shopping list
- 9 small croissants shopping list
- melted butter shopping list
- Garnish: Confectioners sugar and raspberries shopping list
How to make it
- In medium bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, brandy, vanilla extract, and sugar.
- Cut croissants in half length wise.
- Dip croissant halves in milk mixture and place in casserole dish for 30 minutes.
- Preheat griddle to 350 degrees; brush with melted butter.
- Cook croissant halves on griddle until golden brown on both sides; serve warm.
- Garnish with confectioner's sugar and raspberries, if desired.
