How to make it

  • In medium bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, brandy, vanilla extract, and sugar.
  • Cut croissants in half length wise.
  • Dip croissant halves in milk mixture and place in casserole dish for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat griddle to 350 degrees; brush with melted butter.
  • Cook croissant halves on griddle until golden brown on both sides; serve warm.
  • Garnish with confectioner's sugar and raspberries, if desired.

    Yes....Yes....Yes! Sunday morning breakfast-great post. I have done a similar recipe with french bread and it is so decadent because of the thickness of the bread...but my oh my...croissants...yes, again!
