How to make it

  • Saute onions and pecans in the butter until onions are translucent. Add ham and heat through.
  • Heat chicken broth and garlic for about 2 minutes in a small saucepan. Add milk and cream cheese and stir constantly until mixture is smooth.
  • Remove from heat and add the Gorgonzola cheese.
