Fettucine With Gorgonzola Sauce

- 1 c. onion, thinly sliced shopping list
- 1/2 c. pecans, chopped shopping list
- 3 T. butter or margarine shopping list
- 1 lb. boneless ham, cut into thin strips shopping list
- 1/3 c. chicken broth shopping list
- 1 large clove garlic, minced shopping list
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1/4 c. milk shopping list
- 1 c. gorgonzola cheese, crumbled shopping list
- 12 oz. fettucine, cooked as directed shopping list
How to make it
- Saute onions and pecans in the butter until onions are translucent. Add ham and heat through.
- Heat chicken broth and garlic for about 2 minutes in a small saucepan. Add milk and cream cheese and stir constantly until mixture is smooth.
- Remove from heat and add the Gorgonzola cheese.
