Ingredients

3 cups hot seasoned mashed potatoes

3/4 cup heavy cream whipped

1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

Directions

Spread mashed potatoes in a shallow buttered casserole.

Gently spread whipped cream on top then sprinkle with cheese.

Bake at 400 for 15 minutes then serve immediately.
