Ingredients
- Crust: shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups chocolate wafer crumbs shopping list
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted shopping list
- Filling: shopping list
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin shopping list
- 1/2 cup orange juice shopping list
- 24 ounces cream cheese softened shopping list
- 3/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 cup whipping cream whipped shopping list
- 2 teaspoons grated orange peel shopping list
How to make it
- Combine crumbs and butter then press onto bottom of spring form pan.
- Bake at 350 for 10 minutes and cool.
- Soften gelatin in juice and stir over low heat until dissolved.
- Combine cream cheese and sugar then gradually add gelatin mixture.
- Fold in whipped cream and peel then chill until firm.
