Leek Clafutis Recipe

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 200C
  • Butter and dust baking pan /dish with breadcrumbs
  • Saute bacon or sausage in pan, add leeks and cook about 5 minutesmore to soften.
  • Combine the milk, cream, eggs, egg yolks, corn starch, salt and pepper and stir in the bacon leek mixture.
  • Pour in perpared pan or dishpan
  • Bake 40 Min or puffed and golden
  • Serve with a salad
