How to make it

  • Make crust and reserve 2 Tbs for toppinmg.
  • Mix crumb ingrdients and press into a 9 inch square pan
  • Bake 350F for 10 minutes and cool
  • Cobime sugar and cornstarch, stir in rhubarb and water.
  • Cook and stir thill thickened.
  • Reduce heat, cook 2 to 3 minutes more
  • Add food coloring if desired.
  • Cool and spoon into a prepared garham cracker crust
  • Cool.
  • Whip cream and fold in marshmallows
  • Spoon over rhubarb mixture
  • Prepare pudding to pkg directions
  • Spread over marshmallow topping
  • Sprinkle with some graham cracker crust crumbs
  • Chill well
