Rhubarb Torte

- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 3 Tbs cornstarch shopping list
- 4 cups sliced rhubarb shopping list
- 1/2 cup water shopping list
- few drops of food color( red ) shopping list
- 1/2 cup whipping cream shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups tiny marshmallows shopping list
- 1 box ( 3 3/4 or 3 5/8 oz pkg instant vanilla pudding shopping list
- 1 recipe of a graham cracker crust: shopping list
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs shopping list
- 2 Tbs sugar shopping list
- 4 Tbs melted butter or margarine shopping list
How to make it
- Make crust and reserve 2 Tbs for toppinmg.
- Mix crumb ingrdients and press into a 9 inch square pan
- Bake 350F for 10 minutes and cool
- Cobime sugar and cornstarch, stir in rhubarb and water.
- Cook and stir thill thickened.
- Reduce heat, cook 2 to 3 minutes more
- Add food coloring if desired.
- Cool and spoon into a prepared garham cracker crust
- Cool.
- Whip cream and fold in marshmallows
- Spoon over rhubarb mixture
- Prepare pudding to pkg directions
- Spread over marshmallow topping
- Sprinkle with some graham cracker crust crumbs
- Chill well
