Upside Down Orange Puffs

UPSIDE DOWN ORANGE PUFFS This is a recipe I obtained from an Estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Stewart Estate in Terrell, Texas in 1982.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter melted shopping list
- 1/3 cup orange juice shopping list
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 2 teaspoon orange rind shopping list
- 1 can refrigerator biscuits shopping list
How to make it
- Combine butter with orange juice, sugar and orange rind.
- Place 1 tablespoon orange sauce in each of 10 sections of a muffin pan.
- Punch hole in center of each biscuit then place in each cup.
- Bake for 15 min. at 400 and allow to remain cups 5 minutes after baking.
- Turn upside down on serving plate.
