Walnut And Banana Crunch

- 4 oz unsalted butter shopping list
- 4 oz molasses sugar or brown sugar shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 4 oz wholemeal self-raising flour shopping list
- 2 bananas, mashed shopping list
- 3 oz walnuts, chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Heat your oven to 190c (375f)...grease & line an 8-10'' shallow tin. Cream the butter & sugar until light & fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, adding a teaspoon of flour with the second egg, fold in the remaining flour, bananas & 2 oz of the nuts.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the tin & spread the leftover walnuts on top. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Once you remove it from the oven, just leave for a couple of minutes in the tin before leaving to cool on a wire rack.
