Maracle Cobbler

A delisious cobbler that can be made with just about any fruit
Ingredients
- FOR THE CRUST shopping list
- 1 cup all purpose flour shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 stick butter, melted shopping list
- 1/2 tsp baking powder shopping list
- FOR fruit MIXTURE shopping list
- 3 large cans peaches in lite syrup shopping list
- 1 tbs cinnamon shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- combine peaches and cinnamon, put aside
- in a mixing bowl, combine flour sugar and baking powder and mix
- slowly add milk and mix until smooth, batter will be thin
- in a large rectangular baking dish, preferrably pyrex, add melted butter
- pour batter into baking dish
- Add peaches
- bake for 45min to an hour
- remove from oven and let cool for 1/2 hour and serve
- Good serverd with vanilla icecream
