Cookies and Creme Pudding Pops

Got this from a jello site. Love the regular fudgecicles that are made from pudding. does need to freeze that time is not included in cook time.

BEAT pudding mix and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min.
PLACE cookies in resealable plastic bag; seal bag.
Use rolling pin, crush cookies.
ADD cookies and Cool Whip to pudding; stir just until blended.
SPOON into 9 small paper, plastic cups, or popcicle molds.
INSERT wooden pop stick or plastic spoon into each for handle. Freeze 5 hours or until firm.
