Stir Fried Cabbage With Shrimp

The dish, is a delicious side dish for fried foods(fried chicken, porkchop, ribs). thouh its a sidedish, it is aldo considered a main dish in some areas in the phillipines
Ingredients
- 1 medium sized cabbage shopping list
- /chopped into medum sized strips shopping list
- 1 medium sized tomato(for thickenig the sauce) shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic/chopped shopping list
- 1 small onion/chopped shopping list
- 4 tbps fish sauce. or 1 teasepoon of salt. shopping list
How to make it
- Saute garlic in tbps oil,
- add onions,
- when garlic starts turning golden
- add tomato,
- wait for the tomatoes to juice
- then add shrimp,
- wait for the shrimp to turn orange
- then add 1/4 cup of water
- add chopped cabbages
- add 4 tbps fish sauce
- stir fry
- stir and fry...
- taste
- serve
