How to make it

  • In 12" non-stick skillet,heat 1 Tbs. olive oil on med. 1 min. Add sliced onion and cok 15 mins or till very soft,stirring occasionally. Stir in sugar,cider vinegar and 1/4 tsp salt.
  • Reduce heat to low and simmer 5 mins longer. Transfer onion relish to medium bowl,keep warm. Makes 1 cup relish.
  • In same skillet,heat remaining 1 Tbs ouil on med. 1 min. Sprinkle turkey cutlets with 1/4 tsp. salt and 1/8 tsp feshly ground black pepper to season both sides. Add turkey to skillet and cook 7 to 9 mins. or till turkey loses pink color throughout,turning once. To serve,arrange cutlets on dinner plates and top with onion relish
