How to make it

  • Peel and devein your raw shrimp
  • Soak the shrimp in buttermilk
  • mix the cornmeal together with the creole seasoning
  • Coat the shrimp in the cornmeal seasoning mix
  • Deep fry the shrimp in 350 degrees until cooked through
  • Open your French bread
  • On top side coat with creole mustard
  • on bottom put lettuce, tomato, and pickle
  • in between these add your shrimp and enjoy.
