How to make it

  • Wash and quarter bok choy, reserving leafy tops.
  • Heat wok and 1 tsp sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add onions, mushrooms, and lower halves of bok choy.
  • Stir fry until veggies begin to turn a lovely golden color. Add leafy tops and stir until just wilted.
  • Combine remaining ingredients and add to wok. Stir to coat and cook an extra 1-2 minutes.
  • Enjoy!
