Ingredients

1-1/2 pounds ground chuck

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

6 ounces brie cut into slices

Directions

Form meat into 8 patties then season with salt and pepper.

Divide sliced Brie between 4 patties then place remaining patties on top and press to seal.

Grill over hot coals turning once halfway through cooking.
