Brie Burgers

This was another huge hit at the neighborhood burger cookoff this weekend. Enjoy.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 pounds ground chuck shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 6 ounces brie cut into slices shopping list
How to make it
- Form meat into 8 patties then season with salt and pepper.
- Divide sliced Brie between 4 patties then place remaining patties on top and press to seal.
- Grill over hot coals turning once halfway through cooking.
