How to make it

  • Combine all burger ingredients in large bowl and mix gently but thoroughly.
  • Form into 4 patties and grill directly over hot coals 5 minutes per side.
  • Heat butter and peanut oil in a skillet over moderate heat and sauté ginger for 30 seconds.
  • Add mushrooms and sauté 5 minutes then season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve burgers on toasted buns topped with mushrooms.
