Ingredients

3 Tbs canola oil

1 Tbs rice vinegar

2 tsp shallots,chopped

2 tsp chopped fresh tarragon

1 tspgrated orange peel

1/8 tsp each salt and pepper

4 c torn Boston or bibb lettuce

1 avocado,sliced

Directions

Combine oil,rice vinegar,chopped shallots,tarragon,orange peel and salt and pepper in small jar;shake to blend. Toss with 4 cups torn Boston or Bibb lettuce and avocado.
