How to make it

  • Wash the beef and cut it to thin slices, put the olive oil in the pot then add the beef, put it on the fire and stir for 3 minutes.
  • Add the tomato, curry, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, black pepper, white pepper, mustard, madras curry paste, sumac, cinnamon, grape vinegar and water, leave it on light fire for 20 minutes.
  • Add more water if you find it necessary, then add the onion and the capsicum and leave it for 30 minutes on light fire.
  • Ready to serve.
