Easy Beef Steak

- 250 kg roast beef shopping list
- 3 tbsp olive oil shopping list
- 1 tbsp curry shopping list
- 1 tbsp soy sauce shopping list
- 5 tbsp balsamic vinegar shopping list
- ¾ tsp black pepper shopping list
- ¾ tsp white pepper shopping list
- ½ tsp mustard powder shopping list
- ½ tsp madras curry paste shopping list
- ½ tsp sumac (dark red powder) shopping list
- ½ tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 5 tbsp grape vinegar shopping list
- ½ cup water shopping list
- 1 tomato (chopped fine) shopping list
- 1 onion (chopped slices) shopping list
- 1 capsicum (chopped slices) shopping list
How to make it
- Wash the beef and cut it to thin slices, put the olive oil in the pot then add the beef, put it on the fire and stir for 3 minutes.
- Add the tomato, curry, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, black pepper, white pepper, mustard, madras curry paste, sumac, cinnamon, grape vinegar and water, leave it on light fire for 20 minutes.
- Add more water if you find it necessary, then add the onion and the capsicum and leave it for 30 minutes on light fire.
- Ready to serve.
