How to make it

  • PLace 12 paper cups into a muffin pan
  • whisk theyoghurt and honey together until well blended
  • divide the mixture between the paper cups
  • top with assorted fruit in a decorative manner
  • cover with cling wrap and freeze for a couple of hours/until firm
  • carefully peel off paper cases
  • place 2 on a dessert plate arrange some fruit decoratively on the side
  • TIP:-
  • Allow fruit cupsto stand at room temp. for about 5 mins to soften slightly before eating........Mmmmmm.....Mmmmmm.....Mmmmm
  • ANYONE FOR SECONDS......LOL.........: }

    oooh this is wonderful...easy and you can change the flavors everytime you make it ... now if you eat this most of the week then you can have a big slice of my chocolate cake and not have to go to the gym for extra workouts!!! five forks
