A crustless quiche that can be made with crust also.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 T cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 cups cubed cooked ham
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped swiss cheese
  • 1/3 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • Ground black pepper
  • 1 (2 oz) jar chopped pimento

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Grease an 8 inch square pan
  3. Mix together mayo,milk,eggs and cornstarch until smooth
  4. Stir in ham,cheese, green pepper, a dash of black pepper and pimentos
  5. Pour mixture into prepared pan
  6. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean, 35-40 minutes
  7. Serve warm or at room temperature
  8. Variation: Pour filling into an unbaked 9 inch pie crust and bake until done
