- 1 potato finely diced shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped spinach shopping list
- 1/2 onion, diced shopping list
- 1/4 tsp chopped chili shopping list
- 1/2 cup besan flour shopping list
- 1/4 cup water shopping list
How to make it
- peel and dice potato. Dice spinach and onion, place all vegetables in a bowl with chili, besan flour and water.
- Mix till flour is blended
- Heat a cup of vegetable oil in a wok or small saucepan.
- Slowly place a spoonful of battered mixture into the hot oil, pressing it against the side to prevent splitting up. Turn over lots, cook until browned but not burnt; drain on absorbent paper.
- Serve pakoras with sweet chili sauce or ketchup.
