Ingredients
  • NESTLÉ Fresh 'n' Natural Dahi
  • 1 pack (200 g)
  • Cucumber, grated
  • 1 cup (100 g)
  • Oil
  • 1 tbsp.
  • Mustard Seed
  • 1/2 tsp.
  • Curry leaves
  • 4 to 5
  • Whole Red Chilli
  • 1
  • Salt
  • To taste

Directions
  1. . Beat the NESTLÉ Dahi lightly with a fork.
  2. 2. Mix in the grated cucumber and salt.
  3. 3. Heat oil. Splutter the mustard seeds. Add curry leaves & whole red chilli. Pour this over the dahi mixture. Mix well.
  4. 4. Serve chilled.
