Peanut Butter Chews Recipe

Ingredients

1c corn syrup

1c white sugar

1c creamy peanut butter

4 and 1/2c cornflake cereal

1c semi-sweet chocolate chips

1c butterscotch chips

Directions

In a large saucepan over med. heat,combine corn syrup and white sugar. Bring to a boil,boil 1 min.,and remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter until well blended.Mix in cereal till evenly coated. Drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper.

In a glass bowl in microwave,melt chocolate chips and butterscotch chips,stirring frequently till smooth. Drizzle on top of cookies.
