Avocado Salad With Red Onion

A fresh,dressed up salad. From GMA
Ingredients
- 4 lemons,zest from all and 8Tbs of juice shopping list
- 6Tbs extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 4 ripe avocados,sliced shopping list
- 1 large red onion,cut crosswise into ver thin slices(should be about 1 and 1/2 cups) shopping list
- 1/3c choped cilantro shopping list
How to make it
- To make dressing:
- Combine lemon juice,lemon zest and extra virgin olive oil in a bowl;season with salt and pepper and toss half of it with red onions. On four plates,lay out a bed of avocado slices and season with salt and pepper. Top avocados with red onions.
- Drizzle the remaining dressing evenly over the salads and sprinkle cilantro on top.
