Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven 350 degrees.
  • Place cupcake liners in each muffin cup and add wafers top side up or enough crushed wafers to cover bottom.
  • Soften cream cheese then beat with electric mixer until fluffy.
  • Add sugar & vanilla; beat well.
  • Add eggs 1 at a time; beat well after each addition.
  • Spoon cream cheese mixture over wafers.
  • Bake 20 - 30 minutes or until golden on top.
  • Allow tarts to cool completely then add pie filling or fresh fruit on top of tart and serve.
