Found this one today when I had a sweet tooth attack on cdkitchen.com

Ingredients
- 1 large package chocolate sandwich cookies (Oreos or Hydrox), crushed.
- 1 8oz. package cream cheese. softened
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 3 cups milk
- 2 packages (I guess the 4 serving size) instant vanilla pudding
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 carton (12 oz ) size frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
Directions
- Put half of the crushed cookies in the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan
- Cream together the cream cheese, butter & powdered sugar.
- Add milk, pudding, vanilla & whipped topping. Blend well
- Pour mixture over crushed cookies and top with other half
- Freeze or refrigerate until firm.
