How to make it

  • over night mix the semolina with the olive oil and the mazola it will not be a dough it will look like sand with oil leave it room temp
  • second day add the yeast and helba as u like all of it or half ,
  • mix with the1 cup helba water at a time and just as it looks like basbosa cake not thick not to liqued
  • in pan put half in u going to add spice nuts and then add the rest of the helba and if normal helba put it in a pan and let it rest for at least 2 hours to double it size and then put it in the oven for 60 mintues golden brown and 350 degrees add the cold syrup boil for 5mintues water and the sugar after u take it out from the oven .
