Chicken Salad Sandwich

An easy chicken salad sandwich that's great for the young and young at heart's lunch.
Ingredients
- 1/2 pond chicken breast shopping list
- 1 and 1/2 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1 medium onion grate or chopped, I prefer grated shopping list
- 1/4 cup pickle relish shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- lettuce (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- chopped chicken breast to very small pieces
- Combine all ingredients and mix well
- Serve on any bread you prefer with or with out lettuce
- Bread maybe toasted before making the sandwich
