Lamb And Potato Samosas

- 1 onion, chopped shopping list
- 250g lamb steak, finely chopped shopping list
- 1 cup roughly mashed potato shopping list
- 1/4 cup baby peas shopping list
- 2 tbs Rogan Josh sauce shopping list
- 2 tbs coriander, chopped shopping list
- 4 sheets puff pastry shopping list
- mango chutney and plain yoghurt to serve shopping list
How to make it
- Cook onion til soft, and add lamb. Cook for a few minutes.
- stir in mashed potato, peas, sauce and coriander.
- Set aside to cool.
- Cut rounds from sheets of puff pastry using an 8cm cutter.
- Place a heaped teaspoon of mixture in the centre of each.
- Moisten edges with water and press together to seal.
- Fry or bake samosas until puffed and golden.
- Serve with chutney and yoghurt, combined or separate, as a dipping sauce.
