Lovely tasty finger food. You could deep fry them, but I don't deep fry anything and they work out just fine shallow fried or in the oven....

Hi! I've had fun looking at your recipes...gotta love the lamb - and I will be cooking some of your recipes soon. I have a quick question. What is Rogan Josh sauce? and could you freeze these before you bake them to make them ahead of time? It is worth a try, but was just wondering if you had done that. Thanks a bunch!

Hi Turlak!! Thanks for your comments. Rogan Josh sauce is simply a pre-made spicy Indian sauce that you can buy from supermarkets or Indian speciality stores. "Patak's" is a pretty well known brand over here in Australia, and I'm sure you have many other good brands over there, its just a matter of finding a stockist.

Hope that helps!
