How to make it

  • Heat oil on med and add onion & garlic. Saute about 5 minutes until browned.
  • add remaining canned ingredients and bring to a boil and stir in red wine.
  • Reduce to simmer and cook another 15 minutes.
  • Puree the soup in a blender if you prefer.
  • To serve, top with tortilla chips and sour cream.
