2 oz Cheese Cake Schnapps ( or use Vanilla schnapps )

cream to fill glass

2 scoop ice cream (vanilla )

Directions

Fill the glass with the scnapps, fill to top with cream and add the ice cream, blend or shake wellwell

Schnapps can come in a variety of flavors and there are some oddball flavors depending on the country of origin. . If you can't find the cheesecake one, try another flavored schnapps like apple, or vanilla or butterscotch or even peach flavor for the recipe
