A delicious taco salad that is great for summer barbecues. This recipe is from a friend at work.

Ingredients
- 1 head lettuce,chopped
- 1 avocado,diced
- 1 cucumber,diced
- 2 large tomatoes,diced
- 1 can olives,sliced
- 1 can kidney beans,washed
- 1 bag taco chips,slightly crushed
- 1 pkg. dry taco seasoning
- 1 pkg dry ranch seasoning
- 1 c mayonnaise
- 1 c milk
- 1/2 to 1c shredded cheddar or mexican blend cheese
Directions
- Mix vegetables together. Add taco chips to vegetables. Blend taco seasoning,ranch dressing,mayo and milk. Add dressing to vegetables and chips and serve.

Took me all day to see this recipe. Was getting in groups and my stuff page just fine but every time I would click on this one...oh no. Sounds different than the usual. Will have to try! :)
