Black Beans And Salsa

- 1, 29 ounce can of black beans, drained and rinsed shopping list
- 1, 16 ounce jar of salsa (the thicker, the better!) (I use Pace Picante salsa (medium). shopping list

How to make it
- In a medium-sized pot, combine the two ingredients.
- Heat over a medium flame, stirring well until heated.
- Serve!
- Chicken With Black Beans
- 6 chicken breasts, sauteed in a frying pan with 2 TB olive oil. Cook until tender.
- Place the breasts in a pan and add 1/4-1/3 cup of Black Beans And Salsa over each breast.
- Using sliced Monterey Jack cheese, add one or two slices on top of the chicken.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until cheese has melted completely.
- Serve each breast with a sprinkling of chopped scallions, a serving of freshly steamed corn and a small green salad. Magnifico! And tasty, too!
