How to make it

  • First you want to add lentils plus water in a good size pot over medium flame, let this come to a boil.
  • Now you can stir in your onion, garlic, and the ginger.
  • You want to cover this with a lid, and cook on low flame for around 30 min.
  • Then you wan to take your coconut and soy milk in the blender until it is thick.
  • Mix this in with lentil mixture.
  • You will want to season this with the curry and pepper.
  • Let this cook for approx. 10 to 15 min.
  • Ladle and enjoy!
