Barclay Sauce

This is an easy cold berry sauce , perfect over cheesecake and hot weather desserts. This recipe is from The Parson's Table Restaurant in Little River, SC.
Ingredients
- 1 5 oz package frozen strawberries shopping list
- 1 5 oz package frozen raspberries shopping list
- 1 10 oz jar strawberry preserves shopping list
- 1 cup creme de cassis shopping list
How to make it
- Place berries, preserves, and creme de cassis in a blender and puree until smooth. Serve over dessert item of choice (truly excellent over Amaretto Cheesecake).

This sounds wonderful. I am a vanilla bean ice cream lover and am always looking for sauces to put on. Can't have chocolate sauce (boo hoo hoo)so
will have to make this.
