Caribbean Rum Pineapple Punch

Refreshing summer rum beverage with emphasis on the pineapple
Ingredients
- 5 oz simple syrup shopping list
- 1, 750 ml bottle of dark rum shopping list
- 5 oz lemon juice shopping list
- 5 oz lime juice shopping list
- 5 oz pineapple juice shopping list
- 1 fresh ripe pineapple cut into chunks shopping list
- 1, 2 liter bottle of gingerale shopping list
- lime wedges shopping list
How to make it
- Mix lime wedges with symple syrup and place into a glass punch bowl
- Fill bowl halfway with ice
- Add remianing ingrdients except the gingerale
- Stir
- add gingerale
- Stir well
- Ladle into glasses
- Note: simple syrup is just equal amounts of cooked sugar and water cooked till boilling and syrupy ( coats back of a spoon )
