Caribbean Rum Pineapple Punch Recipe

Refreshing summer rum beverage with emphasis on the pineapple

Ingredients
- 5 oz simple syrup
- 1, 750 ml bottle of dark rum
- 5 oz lemon juice
- 5 oz lime juice
- 5 oz pineapple juice
- 1 fresh ripe pineapple cut into chunks
- 1, 2 liter bottle of gingerale
- lime wedges
Directions
- Mix lime wedges with symple syrup and place into a glass punch bowl
- Fill bowl halfway with ice
- Add remianing ingrdients except the gingerale
- Stir
- add gingerale
- Stir well
- Ladle into glasses
- Note: simple syrup is just equal amounts of cooked sugar and water cooked till boilling and syrupy ( coats back of a spoon )
